Chris Driscoll has been in the luxury real estate industry in Loreto for the last six years. Originally from Ashburnham, Massachusetts, Chris graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Spanish and then spent her junior year at the University of Granada in Spain focusing on Spanish Arts and Literature. After graduation she spent a year in Costa Rica teaching English on a work exchange program. Her love of the Latin culture and the Spanish language lead her to relocate to Cabo San Lucas where she worked in management in the luxury vacation industry and fell in love with Mexico and Baja California Sur. In 1996 she married and relocated to San Juan, Puerto Rico, where she continued to pursue her career in real estate working with Re/max International selling Re/Max franchise in the Caribbean, Central and South America and later as a Re/Max real estate agent specializing in relocating of U.S. Government and military personal to the island. Her passion is animal rescue and while in San Juan Chris formed a 501 C3 non-profit animal rescue organization, Amigos De Los Animals, which presently is one of the largest rescue organizations in the Caribbean. In 2011 her love for Baja California Sur led to Loreto, BCS. She was immediately taken with the beautiful Sierra Grande mountains, the charm of the small town and its friendly people, and the amazing marine and animal life of the Sea of Cortez, which Jacques Cousteau named as the world’s aquarium. Chris is an active member of the community and enjoys volunteering at the local animal shelters and teaching Spanish. You will be in great hands with Chris’s extensive knowledge of Loreto and her friendly and outgoing personality. For all your property needs in Loreto – please contact Chris Driscoll.
